Builder: Costs & Services

Our portfolio-building service, as outlined in this memorandum, carries a one-off fee of £25,000, payable in two instalments 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Typically, your property will be ready within six to nine months.

This fee covers our full power team, planning and applications, consultations, property sourcing, and our company’s management fees. Considering the potential returns—a three-bedroom property could generate up to £5,000 per month over five to ten years—our pricing represents excellent value. This estimate is, of course, before any mortgage costs if you choose to finance the property rather than purchase outright.
